Both Jim and Tristian were very communicative and I'm glad I chose PMI Elevation to get my condo rented out. During this time of slow real estate activity (end of 2025), it took only 2 weeks for a lease to get signed. I am so grateful!

My experience with this property management company has been very positive so far. When I first reached out, the owner, Jim, quickly scheduled a walk‑through at my house. He explained the process thoroughly, followed up by email, and answered all of my questions. The front desk has also been very responsive, both by phone and email, whenever I’ve had follow‑up questions.
Shortly after deciding to go with PMI, I scheduled photos with their photographer, Andrew, who was pleasant, professional, and did a great job capturing my property. The company was able to find excellent renters before my lease start date and within my target rent range.
My property manager, Tristian, has been professional, supportive, and relatively quick to respond to any concerns. Since I was still living in my home at the time, I opted for agent showings, and coordinating them went smoothly. The online portal can be a bit confusing at first, but Tristian and Vanessa were great at walking me through it.
I’ve now had tenants in place for about a month, and so far everything with them (and PMI) has been going smoothly!

I had a fantastic experience working with Jim and the PMI team. They were very professional, responsive and addressed all my concerns promptly. My property was well maintained and they kept me informed about everything happening with my rental. If you are looking for a reliable property management company, I highly recommend PMI Elevation.

Of the 600 or so reviews I’ve left this is probably the most memorable. Jim at PMI Elevation was simply awesome!! He helped us secure a home for my family during a difficult season and was so helpful and kind the entire way through. The home is absolutely amazing and while we were initially put off by the process it worked out entirely in our favor. On top of that the ability to use Rhino instead of a security deposit is huge!! Money that typically goes to a landlord can be saved to get a leg up rather than start underwater!! From start to finish Jim took care of my family like it was his own. Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!!!
It was hard to understand how this company (Jim) have earned such high reviews but after working with him I completely understand and agree!!
