I specialize in out of state purchases, house hacking, and multifamily (2-4 units ONLY). I am not a commercial agent. I currently have 1 single family rental in my portfolio via house hack. ** I do not work with wholesalers My name is Preston Dean and I have the pleasure of being a realtor with Keller Williams Fort Worth. I am a follower of Christ, husband, father, and former Athletic Coordinator with a masters in Educational Leadership. With my background in education and desire to learn and lead, I have been able to use my talents and abilities to help my clients find the house of their dreams. Taking the time to intentionally listen and ask open ended questions to my clients is something I pride myself on. Preston was my landlord at one of his properties and he was so responsive to any issues I had which there weren’t many! He was very quick to replace an appliance if the appliance wasn’t running properly. He is servant hearted and willing to ensure that your residency is painless throughout your lease.

Preston couldn’t have been a better Landlord, and I’ve rented at a lot of places before. He adhered to our needs quickly and everything was so well maintained that we rarely needed to reach out. But like I said, If we needed to he was there to help. He listens to his renters and always makes sure to give plenty of heads up time if there was any maintenance or needed “Stop by” time. By the end of my time at the location I didn’t even consider him to be a Landlord, only a friend. 10 out of 10 experience

Preston took amazing care of my wife and I in our first home buying experience! He did his job with wisdom, punctuality, and kindness from beginning to end and honestly made this process really easy and enjoyable! Preston truly cares for his clients like they are his own family and if you are looking for a real estate agent in the DFW area, my wife and I cannot recommend him enough!!!

Preston did an awesome job helping me and my wife get into our first home. If he didn’t know the information, he was great at directing us to where we should go to get the best info. This was our first house and the process was painless with the help from his local contacts. I would recommend any new home buyer to use Preston as their counsel! Getting into a house was such a positive life change for us, if you’re wondering if you should do it - DO IT.

I am a real estate agent in Utah. I had a buyer referral for Preston. Preston was phenomenal! He answers his phone and responds to texts promptly, even when on vacation! I would send 1000 more referrals to Preston if I could. I know he would take great care of any referral sent his way! He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and fun! I hope we get to work together again soon!

Preston helped us close on our first investment property and was there every step of the way. He visited the property multiple times to make sure everything was running smoothly and every inspector had no problems getting their job done. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor!
