Hello BP community!!! My husband and I are brand new in the real estate investment field.  We are looking for an attorney to review our contract assignment and contract to purchase agreement. Can anyone in the Sacramento area refer us an honest, ethical, low-cost, and knowledgable attorney?

Wes Blackwell and Roselyn Richards I have contacted Eason & Tambornini and spoke briefly to Matt. He's the real estate attorney but he referred me out to Brad McDowell.
