@Zac Chism I've been investing out of state for 11 years. Was looking for a new market to flip in and out of several I explored, Birmingham rose to the top. And since we've done a few there, I've only become a bigger fan. I just wish it was easier to find deals :).

yes, there are several good and reliable contractors in Birmingham, WARNING, DO NOT USE Alabama builders group, Josh Anderson, they do not have a license and will rip you off
