    Sorry, I'm an IT Infrastructure Manager, I'd only be good enough to make the hardware and networking run really well for your back end stuff like databases, servers, websites, email, etc, run well. :)  Good luck with your search! :)

    Perhaps you should think of recruiting outside your neighborhood and pay moving expenses for the right people! Just say'n.....   :)

    I tried to help the evolving empire.   I know a couple of good Rail Riders (they were involved the implementation of the PropertyGuys.com website) and mentioned your job listing.   Neither are interested in heading south and both command 6-figure feeding (though with our dollar where it's at, that wouldn't be a huge burden).
