Just closed on first rental property

Well it took a long time but I finally closed on a triplex for my first property! It is located in tHe City of Newburgh NY. In the few weeks that I've been in the area I've met a number of great people investing in the area. Im curious how many other investors are living in their properties within the city of Newburgh?
