Everyone who spend any amount of time on BP would agree this is an awesome platform, whether it's the forums, podcast, blogs, networking or more.

I wanted to share a few specific things that I've gained directly through BP in 2019, and would love if you would share some too.

-Connected with @Grant Cardone (yes it's really him, I verified it)

-Hit 1,000 posts (this one being #1000)

-Posted 16 times in the marketplace about webinars, and got 1 response!

-Connected with @Ryan Murdock & @Brandon Turner watching them create a MHP empire from the ground up!

-Met @Ben Leybovich & @Sam Grooms (and got a ride in his Tesla) This was actually a big highlight...meeting them not the Tesla LOL

-Spoke at @John Casmon & Brie Schmidt's Midwest RE Networking Summit.

-Learned a tremendous amount in the forums.

-Had 8 different people reach out to me directly from BP to be a guest on their podcast (not BP though 🤔) Including @Taylor L. @Matthew Baltzell  @David Schwan

-Did a tremendous amount of cross-platform pollination promoting BP on Linkedin

-My actual RE goals are taking root, and hope to complete my first multifamily deal as a co-GP in Q1 of 2020, much to do with info I have learned on the BP forums.

Just a few things, I have gained from BP in 2019 and looking forward for 2020.

What are your highlights?

    @Yonah Weiss @Taylor L.

    I had to laugh at that, Legend.  I wish my wife was as impressed with me as people on BP.  Im just a dude thats obsessed with real estate, and there are only so many meetups to go to, so BP becomes the outlet for further real estate discussion.

    @Dave Van Horn's event in Philly was great, and that was a highlight for me, thats where I got to meet Tyler, and add yet another podcast to the list.

    I did a 1031 exchange early in the year selling a property in Boston and buying 2 in NC.  I dont know how much of a highlight that was...we will see. I was kind of tired of having this mid 1800s home that always had a ton of repairs/capex, so I thought Id try trading that in for the opposite, 2 new construction homes. I guess in a few years we will see if it was the right decision.

    This year I got the oppurtunity to meet THE @Mindy Jensen, so that was a highlight.  I also got to meet @Alexander Felice who has generally grown into a good friend of mine, who Im looking forward to seeing next week when he comes to speak at my DC meetup. That also is a highlight of mine, finally starting up my own Meetup/REIA with my business partner on that project @Kevin Leahy who is the podcast producer for BP.   Really what Im doing is just trying to copy every business aspect that @Darren Sager does, he has his meetup, hes an agent, he owns the same kind of rentals in the same kind of locations.  Hanging w Darren for a bit at that same Philly event was also a highlight

    I also thought it was pretty cool when HGTV star @Ken Corsini added me on Facebook.
