Refinance short term rental.....

Hello ~

Anybody have a lender they could recommend to refi a short term rental?  I'm in the 8's currently and I feel like rates have come down a bit.  Don't even know if enough to make it worth it but would love to lower the payment - especially since it's not performing like I had hoped.....

    Hey Kathy,

You should be able to be in the 6s on a DSCR STR loan depending on your credit score and LTV bucket.
