Hello ~ I have an STR in Gulf Shores and the STR's have come to a halt. Looking for some mid terms or snow birds if you will. Any recommendations for traffic? I have a PM that is advertising on AirBnB, VRBO, and their site. I literally just joined Furnished Finder. Any tidbits for their site? I have to get my unit listed on there ASAP. Will be doing it over the weekend as my W2 has been getting in the way LOL. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!!!

Hi Shannon ~ I only have one STR as well but I pay for management. The conference was good? Is your STR local to you or out of state? Mine is out of state because I'm in NJ and the market isn't really good for STR's unless it's down at one of the shores which are obscenely priced and I can't afford! I'd love to get more but capital's my issue. Are you looking to get more and if so, any tidbits you could share?

Thank you all. They have reviews but on their website and clearly all are good. They apparently don't use title and I do have one. I'll have to ask those questions - he gave me 5% for 20 yrs and a one time up front fee of $2,100. Gave me the monthly payment and I checked it against a mortgage calculator and it's exactly what that said. I just get a feeling in my gut that something's off. Think I'll steer clear......thanks again!
