Hi Jisoon. The single best way I've seen people attract great mentors to help them fund a deal. It shows you're really serious about RE investing and puts you over the shoulder of the deal as its happening. It also acts as a filter for mentors to figure out who's got what it takes to be successful. Most people just want a free education and that mentor model is quickly dying out.
