Thank you for your though, I'm interested in passive income and private lending. I'm a realtor and I do have experience in multi units and property management. But I really want to know how do you buy one after another I don't have 20% down payment to purchase one after other in short time. How investor buy 10 building one month?  I'm also, interested in private lending.
