Who protects the Landlord?

This is another excellent example of how a law-abiding Landlord fails to get justice. He's done everything right by providing this tenant far more notice than required. The tenant is in violation of the lease and the law, they are preventing a sale, and they haven't paid rent for five months, yet the Landlord has no justice and is unlikely to ever receive compensation.
