Do you all allow renters to have a trampoline at your rent houses.

    Yes. I also let them eat hot dogs. They can feed grapes to their toddlers without peeling them or cutting them in half. Heck, I've even allowed tenants to shoot their privately owned firearms on property and hunt animals (some restrictions apply).

    I don't dictate how people live their lives as if I'm somehow responsible for their personal decisions. Unless your insurance forbids it, live and let live.
