Hey BP world, we have STR portfolio here in the DFW metro and we're looking at changing from Beyond pricing to Price labs. Beyond charges the 1% of bookings vs the flat $80 fee with price labs. It would save us hundreds of dollars per month. Looking to hear from any hosts that have made that switch and what impact it had on your bookings positively or negatively. Thanks ahead of time.

The problem we have run into, is when you are putting it under your LLC, the rates and terms get worse. They wanted 25% down, would only take long term rent projections and gave us a pretty high rate. Anyone in the STR market had lenders that would lend on better terms under an LLC?

Great info, thanks Jay. So what your saying is we would need to close them in our personal name and then deed them over to the LLC after? Is that called a quit claim deed?

Looking to cash out refi a STR property we have held for almost 6 months. Have a business partner and it seems like the terms we get to put it under our LLC are quite a bit worse than putting it under our individual name. But if we did that, theres also the liability. Any advice or insight is appreciated.

Do you all allow renters to have a trampoline at your rent houses.
