Tax-free Material Purchases?

Bill Hall
Posted

I was asked by Lowe's if I had a certificate to get the materials tax-free. I know that when I worked for a corporation we got equipment tax-free but I don't know how because we weren't a non-profit. My question is, is there a way to get rehab purchases tax-free?

Contact the Department of Revenue to confirm. This is what I found on an internet search: Tax on materials
