A lot of this I'm here for and agree with - but the late fees not exceeding 1.5% of rents is BAFFLING to me. I'd love to know what others think - for me it seems like this will stack up evictions again.

If it were me, I would seriously consider selling all my properties while the market is at a peak in investing that money in another state. There are several regulations in there that put you at extreme risk of loss, and it will only get worse in the near future.
