Need a platform for collecting rent from tenants

Good evening, I am a recent landlord in Dallas Texas. I currently have a tenant in a home I am managing, I have been using Avail and as of recent I don't like the platform, I have noticed that my tenant like to edit the payment after the due date and that makes the collection date longer (Avail takes a whole week or more to get the rent in). I would love advice on which platform I can use to collect rent from my tenant. Thank you

There are too many to list. Go to your favorite search engine and look for "pay rent online" to get a long list of options. Read up on them to narrow your focus to the one that works best for you.

Try to find one that allows you some control. For example, can you shut off the payments if you are moving towards eviction? Can you force the tenant to only make full payments, or do you have to allow partial? How long does it take to process?

Another option is to get away from online altogether. Your bank can give you instructions to share with tenants so they can set up direct deposit from their bank to yours, without software.
