Anyone here ever use epoc property management?

Looking to hire a PM for my out of state rental. Was curious to see if anyone had any experience using them? Thank you!

I don't have any personal experience. I searched and there are a lot of Epoc PM companies around the country, which leads me to believe it's a franchise. I would be cautious about that because their website may be built based on the experience of a national brand, not the local manager.

Hey William, I head up EPOC Property Management. We're not a franchise, but we do manage homes in three states/MSAs (Triad, NC, OKC/Tulsa, OK, and Waco/Killeen, TX). We have full-time boots on the ground in each market, and have a team centralized at our HQ in Texas as well.
