How important is having a garage to renters?

Hi Everyone. I'm thinking about buying a 3 bdr 1 bath single family home in an A neighborhood woth good schools but with no garage. I personally don't use my own garage, but how important do you think a garage is to renters? There is indeed a nice driveway so they'd just park there instead. Thoughts?

@Evan Aaronson in my area of A properties with good schools, almost every house is a family with lots of "stuff". It's almost a given in those areas. If it's a good deal, with room for appreciation, I would buy and put in a shed in the backyard. Of course, you must make sure it's ok with the association
