Thank you all so much for your answers. I actually didn't even think about the hail thing which is indeed an issue in Kansas City where this property is, so I think I'm gonna hold out for a place with a garage - to be on the safe side. Thx again. :)E

Hi Everyone. I'm thinking about buying a 3 bdr 1 bath single family home in an A neighborhood woth good schools but with no garage. I personally don't use my own garage, but how important do you think a garage is to renters? There is indeed a nice driveway so they'd just park there instead. Thoughts?

Hi Brent Kiger - would love to know the best neighborhoods within Kansas City to invest - looking for nicer neighborhoods with 3 bdr homes. Also, if there are areas to stay away from, that would be helpful too - and if you can refer any brokers, that would be great. Thanks.
