Operations Manual for PM company
Does anyone have a sample Policies and Procedures I can use as a starting point for my PM company? NAR has a sample manual for real estate, but I can't find anything for PM except for a very nice one that sells for $295. Since I'm a small organization, it doesn't make sense to pay that much for something so comprehensive.
If anyone has a manual I can use, or know where I can find one online, I would sure appreciate it!
