Tenant with a disabled child

Dear BP community,

I am screening a section 8 tenant, who otherwise appears OK (not considering the fact that she will be paying 50% of her rent). She has an autistic child. I was wondering, in case she doesn't pay her portion ( considering her portion is a large one) and I will need to evict her, will the eviction process be extra hard for me because of her disabled child in  Philadelphia, PA  Philly?

thank you all in advance,

E.K.

I think @Paulette Midgette read that wrong.

There are extra stipulations to be aware of when accepting Section 8. However, the Tenant still has to abide by the lease agreement and pay their rent or they face eviction. This is true whether the tenant is disabled or not.
