TV wall mounts...Do you allow or not?

The tenant in my first rental moved in yesterday and asked if he could mount a couple of TVs. He said he'd leave the mounts when he left, but I still don't prefer mounts. There is only so many holes you can fill in a wall.

What do you guys do?

I don't allow TVs, shelves, or anything that requires large screws, anchors, bolts, etc.  My lease just says "small nails and in reasonable number" and that works well. Yes, I occasionally get a tenant that puts up large nails, 20 pictures on one wall, 100 staples in one wall, or a TV mount. It's always covered by the deposit so I don't sweat it.
