Now that I quit my job this week and have a little more time, I’ll be hosting another big
REAL ESTATE NETWORKING SUMMIT WEEKEND in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2017!!!! (Details TBA - ignore date above). But it will be a RE Networking Extravaganza to top the last Summit I hostedin 2014!!! (so good I can only do it every 3 years! Lol)

PLEASE POST BELOW IF YOU’RE INTERESTED (and tag a friend!), SO I CAN INFORM YOU WHEN I HAVE THE DETAILS. (and let us know how you liked it last time if you made it!)

The speakers, attendees, and networking were phenomenal last time!! And we’re going to blow that out of the water in 2017!! Note that this is NOT a BP event, although a lot of folks that are also on BP tend to show up. Here are some of the speakers and panelists that came out to share last time:

Awesome!!! LOVED your last one! 

One of the areas that many people struggle with is tenant management, lease writing, self management both local and virtually. While getting your deal is important keeping your customers paying and performing in a manner conducive to being successful is very important too! 

That being said, I am a little bias, since that went from my biggest weakness to biggest asset! Count me in on a panel or a speaker if you want to cover landlording and/or self-management virtually from anywhere!!

PS- My last day is this friday. Let me know if you want any help organizing at a minimum I am happy to volunteer and help out the weekend of. 

Can't wait to be there!

    I'm in @J. Martin.  Gonna be big fun.  The last one was fantastic.  Best networking event I've ever attended.  Being on a panel with Brian Burke and Bryan Hancock was great but pretty funny, too.  I felt like I was part of one of those old Sesame Street skits.  The one where they have all those things in a row and sing, "One of these things is not like the others.  One of these things does not belong."

    Thanks Brian! That means a lot coming from you!! I might have to get a testimonial from you for the advertising! ;) Thanks so much for your guidance on business and real estate – anchoring my first Summit, advice over dinner & meetup in Santa Rosa, at @Al Williamson 's Summit in Sacramento, all the knowledge you share on BP.. You rock! Of any one (or three) people you haven't met face to face on BP, who would you most like to meet? Tag them and I will try to get them to come out :)

    And YES, I WILL top the last one!!! :)
    Maybe you can help me by making sure @Ben Leybovich, @Serge S., @Brandon Turner, @J Scott, and @Jon Klaus make it out to the big reunion too! (is that too much to ask?!) There’s no other way to get everyone in one room!! And San Francisco, Oakland, and Silicon Valley are a beautiful place to visit, enjoy, AND do BUSINESS!!! Ben, it is NOT on New Years’ Day. Just put a place holder in. Ben, I’ll protect you from Brian. You just gotta get Brandon down here too to help!

    I'm a huge fan of data, history, and all the work that you have done. Truly an admirer, and I'm sure I don't even know half of what you've done. It was a great turnout and event for the last Summit, and you and Bruce Norris are at the top of my real estate data/economics list to come out and share!! I am a Property Radar subscriber, and happy to preach the benefits! ;) Have you sat down with Brian Burke and some of these other great investors from BP yet also..? I'll give you some more info about the prior Summit, plans for this one, and hopefully can convince you to make the short trip down ;)

    For my “new blood” wish list speakers who already chimed in.. Thank you!
    @Rick H., @David Krulac, and @Joel Owens, @Wendell de Guzman would love to have you out! I will let you know as soon as I get a date. I have 2 main potential venues already selected, including the prior venue at San Francisco State University, the much larger and fantastically beautiful Oakland Scottish Rite, on phenomenal Lake Merritt. How about you three? What other speakers would you like to see at the Summit?

    I charged a couple hundred dollars for tickets last year, and will be doing the same this year (probably a bit higher), so most investors either have capital they are looking to deploy and really want to come see/meet the speakers, or are growing their business. They were a great mix of people to learn from, make connections with, and many (including me) ended up doing deals together. I can definitively say there were 10’s if not 100’s of millions of capital controlled by members at the last Summit, and much more in net worth, from what I personally know about people in my network who were present. The wealth on California’s coasts is no joke, and we are at the core of San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and the Bay Area. So I think an opportunity to connect capital, deals, bright minds, and fun people, is good for everyone :)

    @Bill Exeter, @Mark Ainley, @Jeff Pollack, @William Robison, it was a blast, wasn’t it!? Thanks so much for making it an awesome Summit, and jumping in head first! I’ll be hashing out the topics for the next Summit as we progress towards the event. It won’t be an exact replica of the last event, but I’m hoping to incorporate as many great speakers as I can :)

    You have to have at least 1,000 posts on BP before you get invited on to my panels!! That’s why I can’t invite you and @Arlen Chou out for lessons on business. Get busy!!!!! Lol Seriously though, you, Brian Burke, and Arlen Chou would be a great for a “growing and managing your business” round. I don’t really know how the timing, number of topics, space, etc will work out yet, but I like the idea, and will keep in mind.. Any particular person from BP you've been hoping to meet?

    Thanks so much for volunteering to help!!!! I like the idea of having a “remote management” topic – and I think it fits well into the “lifestyle design” idea that a lot of people are looking for (getting closer there myself every day!!!). I’m still not sure how things will play out, but hopefully we can have you join if we are doing it :) Are you excited about your next move/adventure? And who's on your top 3 list to meet face to face from BP? 

    @Troy Fisher! Blast from the past! How are things up North? I’ll probably be traveling through your way around June or July..? I’ll hit you up. What are you up to right now? Are there more deals up that way than down here..? Anyone you've been missing from BP?
