Hello everyone!!!

My name is Raul, an IT guy from Miami, FL. I'm very much a newbie in this industry and I'm here hoping to find info on how to start wholesaling and/or flipping. I've read a few books and web articles on these, so I have an idea on the overall concept, but I don't know how to actually start. Any help is appreciated. I am opened to working with anyone willing to show med the ropes.
