Hi, I'm Jeff and my interests include financing to grow my portfolio. I also want to learn more about wholesaling. I hold a RE Broker license and a CBC license so I've never considered anything but a fix and flip or a fix and hold approach.
I'm excited about joining BiggerPockets - I've been searching for a community of like minded professionals to share my experience in Operations and hope to meet fellow members who have strengths in Finance.
I'm in an area of Florida along the Atlantic coast that has multiple opportunities for re-development in CRA's but limitations on density have resulted in very little re-development.
If you have a background in finance, proforma's, understanding the best ratios to utilize, etc. I'd like to connect.
