I am new to bigger pockets and I want to learn more about investing in real estate. I live in Irvine, CA and I am willing to learn.

@Michael Lee  Although I agree with a few of your comments, I must strongly disagree with this specific statement you made "Unlike my previous writers I am not trying to sell you anything."  I guess you must have read something into all the previous comments.  I know for myself that I have no courses to sell and do provide mentoring for FREE.  Unlike you, I have over 40 years of experience in Real Estate.  If have done most everything that you can think of and then some.  I currently flip homes in Orange County, California and have three projects going on right now in Dana Point, Rancho Santa Margarita, and San Juan Capistrano.  

I would suggest that you limit your comments to your expertise and NOT criticize anyone that you don't have first hand knowledge about.  We are similar in age and I value my reputation above anything else.  I am sure you understand that. @Polar Prutaseranee @Jo-Ann Lapin
