Good day everyone, I'm looking at investing in rentals ("buy and hold") in the I'polis area. What are some good areas I can invest in for decent cash flow? I'm targetting the good school district areas (West LaF? Carmel?). I saw threads here with similar questions but they are 3 years old...so I started a new thread to get the latest updates.
