In starting my real estate investing, I plan to form an LLC. How do lenders great LLC differently than individuals for either fix and flips or fix and holds

The LLC often doesn't change anything lending wise. Now if you are wanting a non-recourse loan to the LLC only, without you personally on the loan good luck. Even with 107 units I still have to sign personal guarantees on all my stuff because they're lending the money because it's me. However the loan is set up and everything gets titled to the LLC so i still have all the legal separations, other than I did personally guarantee the loan.
