Hello BP

I am looking to buy my first fix a flip and have a question. I have two private lenders that are willing to fund the flip. What is the best way to structure this?

Hello BNO I wanted to ask if I live in Washington and invest in say Dallas would I need to file taxes in both states if I did a flip and made a profit.

Sounds good I am looking forward to it.

Hello Jennifer,

Sounds like a plan.  I will come up with some cards.  Also, I clicked on the attend button in the description.  I didn't see any kind of confirmation so hopefully that did the trick.  Please let me know if I need to sign up somewhere else.

Thanks,

Tyrone

Hello Jennifer,

Thank you for your response. I will sign up for the event. I am looking forward to attending.  Do you have any recommendations prior to attending?

Thanks,

Tyrone

Hello Jennifer,

I am very interested in attending your event. I am looking to get into REI and I have been looking for some meetings to attend. I have started the process by securing a partner and have been looking to add to my team. Does attending the meeting require any membership, registration etc.? I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Tyrone Hardy

Hello BP

I was hoping to get feedback on the profit split between partners where one provides the cash for down pmt and rehab and the other provides sweat equity.

Thanks

@Stephanie Potter

Good info. Since my partner and I are both newbies, would they take into account excellent credit and our "skin" in place of experience?  What kind of terms would I expect as a newbie?  I want to eventually due but and holds so that would certainly be an exit strategy if can't sell the flip.

Thanks  Tyrone
