What is the best flooring for a small rental?

Under contract on first property and wanted advice for the best flooring for a 600 sq ft 1/1 Condo. The flooring there right now is fairly cheap but usable. I am considering replacing the flooring but don't know which is best. I want to upgrade the unit but not break the bank for something so small. Thoughts?

VInyl plank is pretty versatile...and such a small area wouldn't break the bank...at $1.75- $2.50 sq. ft. Very tenant proof and it looks good!
