Contact at Umpqua for note?

I need to talk to someone at umpqua (formerly Sterling svgs) about buying a note for a home that was just foreclosed. Anybody have a contact that I can speak to at the note department?

Actually if they just foreclosed, then there is no note to buy, you would be buying the REO.
