Wanting to learn about Brrr method hands on (Anaheim, CA)

I currently live in Anaheim and am very new but have set my sights on the BRRRR method. Is there anyone in my area who is doing this successfuly. I would love to help out on a project for free to gain some experience!

@Parker C. Snow welcome to Bigger Pockets in Orange County California. Its almost impossible to do BRRRR here in California, unless you go out into the desert. Try checking out some local meetup groups in the area and speaking with investors face to face.
