Handyman recommendationin Columbia SC?

Question

Hi all, i live in Roswell GA and I have a 3 bdrm student house in Columbia SC near the university.  I'm looking for a reliable local handyman in Columbia. Does anyone have a suggestion or recommendation?  Thank you!

If you are looking for a great handyman look at Blue Collar Guys in Columbia, SC. They did a full remodel of one side of a duplex that I own and it is awesome! Rental applicants were very impressed and it was very easy to rent after the updates. Jonathan is the owner and is very easy to work with.

Andrew, my duplexes are at 510 and 512 S. Beltline, just up the road from you. Brick on all sides, which I love. Looks like yours at 1647 is brick too.

@Rich Jones  PinPoint is the best for inspections.  Especially considering you are out of town.  I've bought several properties sight un-seen and by their inspection alone.  They are very thorough.

What are you buying on S. Beltline?  I own a duplex at 1647 S. Beltline.  There are a few duplexes next to mine... is that what you are getting?

Hi Blake, good to make a connection. The units are on S. Beltline Blvd, about 3 miles from downtown. I will reach out to you in a week or two after I get the inspection report. PinPoint is doing it for me. The prior owner got an inspection in September spent a good amount of money repairing things. I’m hoping my repairs will be pretty minor this go around.

Hey,  I'm able to come out and get you at least 2  quotes on the handyman services needed in the Columbia Area. I'm from Columbia but just moved back from Raliegh-Durham this summer I'm a licensed agent in SC/NC and would like to be able to network.
