No money Wholesaling

Has anyone in or around the Oklahoma City area actually Wholesaled with no money in the deal? If so explain please? I’m a newbie investor and I must know? 🙂

Yes it’s common to assign a property to a end buyer with none of your own money in the deal. Even if you are double closing. This is actually a common practice. Not sure if you are misinformed about wholesaling in general.
