Yes it’s possible. Definitely look off market and connect with some local wholesalers who may have some houses available already discounted. Also you can drive for dollars and look for off market that way.

I suggest you get connected to local people in our market for these types of questions. A good way to meet locals is through Facebook groups. Go search for groups under “Oklahoma City Real Estate Investors” and there should be a ton of private groups you can join.
