More New Course Content

I’m pleased to report that I’ve added several more lessons in my online video course for income-property investors.

One is a lesson on equity multiple and its relation to IRR.

Also new is a module on real estate development, with the first five lessons now in place. These cover the “front door” and "back door" approaches to feasibility, then present a fairly detailed case-study example of a development project. You’ll learn about hard costs, soft costs, loan utilization percentage, imputed interest, and more.

If the word “development” causes to you to think, “Not for me, I don’t build big shopping centers,” then you should stop and think again. “Development” really means taking a property — raw land, or perhaps an existing structure — and transforming it into a viable income-producing investment. It can be a large project, or it can be small. It’s a subject that I believe every real estate investor needs to understand.

If you are already enrolled in this course, you get immediate access to all new content — and there is more to come. As of today, there are 45 video lessons and other resources.

If you haven't checked this out yet, please consider doing so now at learn.realdata.com

Best regards,

Frank Gallinelli
