10 unit Atl been on market for +100 days

I've watch this property in atlanta for over a year. It's still on the market I think they are asking $325k it's a 10 unit it's not in the best area, but there are people out there who know how to manage and run these areas. I would like to learn from them but they seem hard to find or hard to come by. Everyone I know run from this place type of property, the price eventually drops, someone scoops up does some work, clean up the area and it's Almost like another world, all because someone trusted the process.
