High yearly returns on your investment

When I look at some of the prices on these investment properties and their rate of return I wonder how they get sold. Im working out of Kansas City, and I never get less then 25% return on my investments. I was wondering if its because people are afraid to invest out of town, or is it just because they don't know it's out there?

  1. Return on total price paid or return on amount invested? Plus what is risk?

  2. Marinda - I think its the later. If you can build a "touchy feely" approach to your investment opportunities, you would get more people interested. For examples, we offer free video tours of our properties to out of town investors that are interested in specific properties where we send them a video of the property. It creates that being there feeling.

  3. Marinda - How long does it take you to achieve your return?

  4. Great question Bryan.

  5. How are you calculating your return?
