The new suburbs. No doubt this is where the residential growth is headed. Rows of track homes and apartments plus the newest shopping and dining centers. Residents pack the interstates in the morning to head South in to Tampa, and the same thing happens going the other way in the afternoon. The county is constantly upgrading the access to this area from Tampa, which should help in the long-run.
Data Analysis
Median household income jumps out at $83,000 compared to the others. The low Rental Rate should bode well for anybody lucky enough to snag an investment property in the area, as rental supply is sparse. I also appears that sellers are reluctant to give discounts to listing prices and are willing to be patient.
