Fannie & Freddie Leads to Target Refinance Candidates

Fannie & Freddie Leads to Target HARP Refinance Candidates

It makes perfect sense to target Fannie & Freddie leads that are most qualified to benefit from the new Obama guidelines of HARP. The next origination boom will be spawned from the revamped HARP 2.0 program, which will open the flood gates to millions of mortgagors that are in a negative equity position but otherwise have been dutifully paying their house payments. Our can pinpoint those underwater homeowners that are motivated to refinance their unaffordable loans but have been restricted from doing so under the original program. No longer in the cold, these upside down borrowers can take advantage of the historic low rates afforded under the new guidelines.
With a unique relationship with all three leading credit reporting agencies, we can identify responsible homeowners that have had loans sold to Fannie and Freddie prior to June 1, 2009. Since borrowers must be current on mortgage payments in the past 12 months, our "soft" credit data will identify only those homeowners that have not had any mortgage delinquencies. You can refine the search by loan balance, number of mortgage trades and a minimum FICO scores to get in front of your most qualified prospects for refinance.
