"Miami remains in a seller's market because of incredible demand from domestic homebuyers as well as a surge of international shoppers."
On MiamiRealtors.com, Colombia accounted for 11.37% of all international searches in August 2022, which is not far from the nation's 12.81% search share in June 2022.
