Why We Are Adding Hard Real Estate Assets To The New Fund

Why is America’s leading mortgage note fund manager incorporating hard assets into its newest offering?

Heard about the launch of the NNG Capital Fund?

The NNG team and our long-term capital partners are incredibly excited about the launch of the next generation offering – the NNG Capital Fund. It combines the best of what we have been doing, with a few enhancements. So, what are we doing, and why?

NNG: The Nation’s Note Investment Experts

National Note Group has been at the forefront of the note investment space for years. We’ve been seen featured at events and in leading investment publications all across the country. We’ve trained countless investors on how to invest in secured debt, and have aided them in investing millions in real estate and non-performing mortgage loans.

This year NNG is taking this all a step further with the inclusion of an additional type of asset in the newest fund to be offered.

The NNG Capital Fund

The NNG Capital Fund is the newest opportunity for investors. While the Capital Fund will continue to invest in the same great assets and strategies, and with the same great asset management team that has consistently demonstrated a highly profitable track record over the years, there are two notable differences in this fund.

The first is the inclusion of first position mortgage loans in addition to second mortgages. Plus, this fund will also acquire brick and mortar real estate assets. This will include single family homes through our proprietary channels and relationships, and specifically targeted assets which will deliver the best returns.

Why?

We are still as bullish as ever on the profitability and benefits of investing in non-performing mortgage notes and second mortgage liens. This will remain a solid part of our investment model. There will always be a default rate out there, and that will always bring us the opportunity to serve lenders, borrowers, and our investors. Our new inclusion of investing directly in real estate only helps to enhance that. It provides broader and deeper diversification. It enables us to secure the very best discounts when acquiring new pools of assets, and it means the opportunity to create even larger yields as we disposition these assets.

NNG’s founder, Fuquan Bilal has been investing directly in real estate, in both buy and hold, and repositioning projects for over a decade. While we stand by notes being hyper efficient, we have also innovated in this space to make direct investment in hard assets equally efficient, and now even more accessible and beneficial for individual investors desiring passive income and wealth building opportunities.

Look out for more news on the launch of the new NNG Capital Fund on the blog, in the press, email newsletter, and our social media channels. Or call in and speak with a representative today.
