Re-branding from we buy houses okc worked.

I rebranded my business at the beginning of this year in order to separate myself from the "we buy houses okc" pack.  No one could discern myself from anyone else who sent a yellow letter / post card / bandit sign.  So I went full force and re-branded as Rocco Buys Houses.  It has been a very long process and involved many late nights of real estate template re-creation, system editing, template editing, and much more.  

Needless to say, I wouldn't do it (rebrand from we buy houses) again unless I really had to!  However, the results have been magnificent! I am closing on another property at the end of September in the South Oklahoma City area where the seller referred to me as rocco buys houses.  It also feels great when folks call and can recognize your business because they remember your mail.

My wholesaling has been slow since rebranding, but that's a good thing.  Sorry for the buyers who have been expecting deals from me, but I've been buying my own deals and holding them as rentals and am currently finishing up my first property flip.

Needless to say, this whole real estate investment gig is working out and I can honestly see a way to building wealth from income streams in my 5, 10 and 15 year plans.
