Are Leasehold Apartments Really a Bad Option to Take?

Most of us know that leasehold apartments are cheaper than its freehold counterpart and this has been a major factor for most buyers these days. Regardless of the fees involved in a leasehold property, apartment buyers would still want to invest their money in this type of property.

Are they making a big mistake?

Leasehold apartments may not be a bad option after all, because there are several advantages it can provide. In my recent podcast, I have explained the risks that each buyer should know about and the steps they need to take to ensure that they are getting the right leasehold apartment.

I posted another podcast on my website (apartmentspecialists.co.nz), and this time I will enumerate the benefits of a leasehold apartment. Learn more about it by watching the video on my site.
