So today, at the end of my coaching calls, I had my final client for the day.. Martel.
Martel is just like many of you. He is a newer investor, in the Los Angeles area and is considering getting a license.
I know this now because during his coaching call... he told me. Moreover, he had questions about it!
Many of the questions that you may be asking yourself were answered during this hour long call. Questions like...
- What should I focus on if I get my license?
- What costs are associated with obtaining, and keeping a license?
- What are some of the main advantages of being a licensed Investor/Realtor®?
- How do I handle "talking to the Seller" if I am a Realtor® who is a wholesaler?

There were just so many things to cover... and then it occurred to me...
