Here at Victory Real Estate Inc., we have a love of the current technology revolution. The world is constantly changing and technology is making it happen. Much of the business world is conducted online. Rental searches are almost entirely completed online. Payments are automated, direct deposited and paid over the internet. Property management companies that are not endorsing and implementing these new business methods are being left in the dust.

We realize that tenants are busy. If we can make their life easier, simpler and more convenient, we recognize that it will create more reliable and dependable tenants – which is good for them, good for us and especially good for our property owners. There are two ways to run a business – by the seat of your pants or with forethought. We prefer the latter. It is just not good business practice to wait for problems and then handle it when it comes. Instead, we have created advance systems to standardize our property management business.

All potential tenants are screened using exactly the same pattern and qualifications. That is one reason why after nine years in the business, we have only evicted four tenants that we chose. Our renting policy has significantly lowered our vacancy rate. In addition, our systems allow us to have the best tenant quality in the business.
