A day in the life of a Real Estate Investor, Vol. 8

Hey BP,

Since I'm coming to an end of my new construction build, I thought it would be nice to show you the finishing touches as we wrap this project up. This house is costing me upwards of $170k to build and it's coming out nice. Yes, we've had our drawbacks during the construction process, but I've finally found a contractor that I like, trust and has a good eye for design. The cabinets are in, hard woods are in, painting's done, but in this video, you'll see how the custom tile is being installed and how we come up with designs on the tile walls.

Check out the tile work below...

We're also installing a deck today so you'll see how that comes together as well...

ps- Remember as always, if you need any assistance with your deals, just email your questions to [email protected]

ppss- If you're sick of only getting bills in the mail, claim your 2 month free subscription to our Roundup Newsletter by sending your name and mailing address....
