What Should your Exit Strategy be Starting in Real Estate Investing

Good Money Monday BP,

Let's get back to the basics of real estate to find out where exactly you should be focusing your efforts. From coaching people all around the country, I've noticed most need a little help determining what their "exit strategy" should be. I say "should" because you may want to renovate houses, or you may want to buy and hold, but is that what's best for you!?!

I did a short video to assist you in determining what the best exit strategy is for your personal situation. Should you wholesale, lease option, rent etc.etc. There are a few questions we need to ask ourselves in order to have maximum potential and effectiveness in our businesses. This video shows the 2 sides of the investing equation that you can sit on but you MUST pick one or the other. You could be wasting a lot of time focusing on the wrong side of this equation.

God bless you,

Kris Haskins
