A day with a Real Estate Investor, meet a private lender & Brick Mason

Good Money Monday BP,

I thought you'd benefit the most by riding along with me today. Join a Coaching Client, Marvin, as we stop by a construction site where the brick is being repaired and I'm showing you what to look for when you buy all brick houses. They bring massive value to buyers, but you better know what repairs the brick needs BEFORE you buy it. Watch this common brick repair that I learned just a few years ago that I would've never figured out without the help of my mason.

My 2nd stop is with one of my private lenders. A private lender in real estate is where we borrow money from members of our community to buy and fix-up houses. Yes, you don't need a bank to buy a house. Watch Mrs. P tell you a little about her experiences lending me money and why she chooses to invest in real estate as well. Private money changed the trajectory of my real estate career. Meaning, once I found out about it, I stopped worrying about begging banks for loans, even though I still love my bankers! We converted her traditional IRA into a Self Directed Roth IRA and now she's banking. Watch and learn so you can get out there and help a bunch of people, have lots of fun and make a ton of money.
